Shipping policy
At Others Portland, we understand that prompt delivery is important to our customers. We make every effort to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Orders are shipped via standard shipping, and the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or by customs clearance. We also do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at othersportland@othersportland.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We also do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.
